Dark chocolate richness. The comfort of toasted nuts. A whisper of cherry that shows up right when you least expect it. Our Peru single origin is a medium-dark roast that punches well above its weight, with the kind of depth and balance that makes it impossible to go back to whatever you were drinking before.
It comes from El Santuario, a producer cooperative in northern Peru's Tabaconas Namballe region, a group of farmers who take their craft as seriously as we take ours. Organic, fair-trade, and grown at altitude for that clean, full flavor. We roast it in small batches, because great coffee doesn't sit on a shelf.

An espresso blend is where a roaster puts their reputation on the line. This one is ours. We built this blend around two organic, fair-trade origins that bring out the best in each other — Colombian beans for sweetness and brightness, Honduran beans for body and depth. Roasted together in small batches right here in Pennsylvania, the result is a shot with golden crema, a rich and creamy mouthfeel, and a balance between sweetness and acidity that just feels right.
Whether you're dialing in your first home espresso setup or you've been at this for a while, this blend is forgiving enough to learn on and rewarding enough to stick with.
Chiapas, Mexico

There's a reason this one keeps showing up on people's "favorites" list. Our Mexico single origin comes from Café Sierra Azul — a cooperative of about 200 smallholder farmers tucked inside the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas, southern Mexico. The name Sierra Azul means "Blue Mountains," a nod to the striking blue-tinged peaks that surround the region and the pristine, biodiverse conditions that make this place special for growing coffee. Founded in 2010, the cooperative has spent over a decade building market partnerships that stabilize incomes and give member families a real path forward.
That care translates directly to the cup. You'll get the easy comfort of caramel and hazelnut up front, with stone fruit sweetness that keeps things interesting and a finish that rounds out with hints of pink grapefruit and milk chocolate.
